Submit Job Application Online Anyone who is interested in working for our company must complete and submit their employment application Online at www.themgigroup.com
Pass An Aptitude Test All job applicants are required to take aptitude test. This test consists of Basic English and Math questions.
Attend A Job Interview Applicants who passed the aptitude test will be invited for interview. Our interview focuses on hiring individuals who share our corporate values and match the requirements at stake. Where necessary, a second interview may be required.
Get An Employment Offer Only hired interviewees will receive employment offers. Those who did not match our job requirements will be notified as well.
